Catering Manager
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Catering Manager at The Manhattan Project. We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee and manage the catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient food preparation, and a seamless catering experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the catering operations, including customer service, food preparation, and time management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards throughout all catering activities.
- Plan and execute catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Oversee inventory management for catering supplies and ingredients.
- Manage food costing to ensure profitable margins
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, food service management, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience working in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
