Our organization has an Immediate opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We are seeking a professional who provides skilled therapy services to patients in their residences, on an intermittent basis.
The Speech Language Pathologist Duties to Include (but not limited to:
- Evaluate, plan and implement care to rehabilitate the patient, seeking to promote optimal level of mobility
- Confer with physicians and other members of the health care team to formulate realistic goals and evaluate therapy program
*Candidate must have a Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Reliable Transportation!

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
