Renaissance Towers Apartments in Hammond, IN has an immediate need for a Maintenance Tech!!!
Responsibilities:
- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure apartment units are move-in ready
- Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community systems
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform on-call duties
- Prior industry/relevant experience is needed
Incentives:
- $20-21/hr depending on skill-set and experience
