What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at The Medve Group?
The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at The Terraces at Metairie I & III. This position will guide and perform various maintenance related duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our communities.
Duties:
- Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Requirements:
- 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- 1 years supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification is a MUST
