Salary- $90-$110k
AR
- Establish credit limits for existing customers.
- Create process in which credit can be extended to newly acquired customers.
- Responsible for the direct hire of an AR clerk
- Create criteria for what success looks like in the AR Position
- Sending delinquent customers to collections
Rebate:
- Tracking customer’s sales and rebates, communicating the rebates, and accounting for it.
AP
- Develop criteria of which vendors to be paid first, based on payment discounts.
- Reconcile all invoices.
- Responsible for the direct hire of an AP clerk.
- Create criteria for what success looks like in the AR position.
- Negotiate Payment discounts with Vendors
Payroll
- Track all salaried, hourly, and contract employees, including courier service personnel.
ACCOUNTING
- Vendor core accounting. Customer core accounting.
- PNL: For all locations, and consolidated. Including at least 12 trailing months.
- Responsible for developing and improving processes related to a consolidated balance sheet
- Monthly cash flow projections for Capital Core Inc.
- Reports: End of day reports, End of month reports
- Inventory reconciliations
