The Mom Project is excited to partner with Regal Rexnord in their search for an Accountant II (Florence, KY, Milwaukee, WI).

Description
Performs complex accounting activities including general ledger, financial reports, and account reconciliation for a large plant or complex business unit
May coach and assist in the training of less experienced employees
Prepares and compiles data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for a large plant or business unit
Maintains, reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records to support the close process
Reviews account reconciliations of other staff members
May perform some complex cost accounting and/or fixed asset accounting activities such as cost analysis, inventory and cycle counts, etc.
Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards/policies. May coach and assist in the training of less experienced employees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
3 years of relevant experience
Accounting Certification Preferred (ex. CPA, ACA)
