We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, operations, and/or brand governance. They are a doer with the ability to facilitate discussions, up-level cross-organization communication, and establish clear processes to ensure consistent, high-quality brand thinking and execution. They have a strong desire to build systems that enable big ideas to scale. This role is about elevating the discipline of branding internally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building for people and the brand first.
What You’ll Do:
Support the centralized brand intake process used for company-wide governance and support requests on high-priority branding needs
Manage brand strategy-related communications and stakeholder engagement
Facilitate ongoing connections with brand leaders across the company
Develop scalable systems to ensure consistent application of strategy across apps
Oversee and improve tools and training to up-level branding efforts across the organization
Leverage brand intake data to act on trends, provide detailed recommendations to the broader brand team, and develop the creation of scaled guidance to help streamline brand-related questions
8 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, and/or operations
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience collaborating and building strong relationships in dynamic and matrixed organizations
Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
Understanding the importance of brand building - knowing this and having experience around that pick up work fast
Tech industry experience (large tech company)
Comfort with different technology & ability to pick up a new tech tool - general comfort with using different tools
Good experience - fine if no degree
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
