We are seeking a Customer Financial Support Analyst on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This position requires subject matter expertise in the customer reimbursement systems and processes, including customer and vendor master Data, volume reporting along with accounting experience.
NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops, the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time
What you’ll do:
Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Organization with regard to administrative activities in support of reimbursement payments
Assist the sales team by working with sales, customers, and platform services
Establish/maintain partnerships and routines with sales and finance teams in support of customer funding processes to support all financial deliverables
Create, manage, and update playbooks for individual accounts.
Maintain blueprints that map the end-to-end processes, including controls and KPIs
Handle customer complaints and cross-function escalations for delays in proactive and ongoing issue resolution
Investigate Volume Reporting Issues, Working with CCBSS
Investigate the linkage issue & obtain necessary documentation as applicable, working with Master Data
Handle all support documentation requirements related to customer/vendor record set-up and maintenance, including W9s, ACH forms, etc.
Determine outlet misalignment in relation to Market ID.
Submit a request for record modification/ transfer of ownership
Third-party Direct Pays handles initial vendor creation and requirements; third-party Direct Pays resolves escalated issues (vendor creation, W9, GL coding, and so on).
Reconcile operations charges deducted from earned funding until the new SAP platform is fully stabilized, working closely with Sales & Operations teams
Responsible for making sure that store lists provided by the customer are assigned/updated to the correct ACN (shipping address)
Must Haves:
1-3 years of experience in an analytical role (3-5 preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to work with the Sales Organization independently
Ability to communicate with Sales and Platform Services
Strong financial reconciliation and research capabilities
Ability to carry out data analysis and reporting
Decision-making skills and the ability to make informed decisions with little to no supervision
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong understanding of trade contracts and funding requirements
Good/Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts
Ability to protect and secure all confidential and proprietary information
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week . This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s HQ office in Atlanta, GA once it is determined safe to do so.
