Data Operations Specialist Job Description
Location: San Diego, CA (in office)
Weekly hours: Part time (20-25 hours per week)
Salary: $30 per hour
Ideal Candidate Description: The ideal candidate for the Data Operations Specialist role is an analytical person with advanced Excel skills, who thrives in managing and ensuring the accuracy of complex data processes. They should possess strong analytical abilities, a keen attention to detail, and the capability to not only follow instructions but understand the “Why” of the data.
The Data Operations Specialist Position Is To Assist With
their data and invoices are processed with as close to 100% accuracy as possible.
Our Key Responsibilities Include
Ensuring that data received from all channels are cleansed and QA checked before import on a daily basis. The Data Operations Specialist is also responsible for QA checks on monthly automated billing.
Providing transparency into the import status and billing by updating various dependent systems, including the order management and billing systems.
We are committed to achieving our mission through continuous process improvement and by working collaboratively with our colleagues across the organization. Our ultimate goal is to exceed our customers' expectations and to help the company grow and succeed.
We are looking for someone that will oversee the data scrubbing, import, and QA activities, as well as assist our processing team as needed.
