The primary responsibilities of this role, PH Human Resource Partner, are to:
Provide on-demand advice, data-based analysis, and coaching for business leaders in the organization on aspects of:
Integrated Talent Management : leader assimilations, retention needs, guidance, and approach for leader-led talent reviews and talent development;
Inclusion&Diversity (I&D) Guidance / Interventions Performance Management : advisement and appropriate management of compliance and legal needs;
Total Rewards : annual compensation practices (Merit, Short-term Incentive (STI), Long-term Incentive (LTI), Third-party Administrator (TPA), Structural Budget) and ad-hoc compensation needs within teams;
Provide support to implement organizational changes; provide labor and employee relations expertise and provide support in countries with co-determination;
Closely collaborate with employee representatives;
Deliver Human Resources (HR) support and advice on solutions to the selected target managers for other "ad hoc" HR topics;
Promote a delivery model based on self-management, agility, and digital mindset;
Participate in and lead different projects and transformation initiatives creating solutions in cooperation with the HR Partner Lead, Talent Leads, and HR Site Heads;
Keep up to date about the solutions and trends for relevant and assigned HR topics;
Update the HR Partner Lead and team; specifically around the impact on policies and initiatives;
Act as a role model for LIFE values, fostering inclusion, accountability, and working with agile methodologies.

Required qualifications:
Requires 9 years or more of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree and seven years of relevant experience;
Must have the learning agility to address multiple projects and the HR need in different business groups;
Must be comfortable working in flexible and agile team settings and embracing new ways of working;
Must be a strong team player and collaborator;
Must have strong interpersonal skills; including building trustful relationships, conflict resolution, and influencing, challenging, consulting, and coaching leaders;
Must have a deep and broad knowledge of an operational HR portfolio;
Must have an understanding of related business drivers, challenges, and opportunities;
Must show competence and a willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate talent and organizational insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Requires at least 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience;
Requires Pharma/Healthcare experience;
A strong problem solver with outcome/income solution orientation;
Strong organizational skills;
An ability to reduce complexity.
