We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs.

What You’ll Do:
Provide consultation to operations workflow delivery for a large-scale vendor workforce (call center operation), while monitoring progress against goals.
Coordinate projects, manage timelines, present findings to cross-functional partners & internal stakeholders
Drive & track continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance and client experience by partnering with internal business partners.
Strong collaboration with other Program Managers, collecting context from operations and reporting back with operational opportunities, benchmarks, and gains, scaling across all applicable operations.
Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes

Must-Haves:
Must have at least 5 years of related experience.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Experience with analytical tools (like Excel or SQL) to drive analytics and reporting.
Experience in an operations (outsourcing call center type) role.
Experience with both front-office and back-office customer support environments.
COPC, PMI, or PMP certification preferred.
Experience in Program Management.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Experience with analytical tools (like Excel or SQL) to drive analytics and reporting.
Vendor management experience
Team Lead on the operations side
Support experience in the frontline, customer support, venue metrics, and managing escalations.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
