We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. We are looking for someone that is able to facilitate our teams' best work by driving and delivering projects to completion, managing timelines, anticipating project issues and resolving them, connecting resources to needs, and removing barriers to doing great work.

What You’ll Do:
Drive and implement projects and initiatives for the client Participant Management Team
Contribute to the current recruitment processes and platform of user research panels, update documentation, problem-solve, and execute improvements where needed
Move initiatives and ideas forward, raise concerns with appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress. Have the ability to hold the line when the schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships.
Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
Create and maintain effective communication around user research panels to internal and external audiences, including users, leadership, peers, and cross-functional partners.
Project manage user research panel platform.
Evaluate and assess the result of the project with the team.
Partner with program managers and researchers to usher in articles from idea to publication.
Manage and maintain a calendar to track and assess activities, content, and messages in the panel.
Manage documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented best practices and processes.
Manage and monitor the engagement of panel members and help maintain and evaluate response rates and progress of projects.
Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Support the work in developing and managing user research panels at our client.

Must-Haves:
3 years of relevant or related Program or Project Management experience.
Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that necessitates independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and an acute ability to identify problems and work proactively toward solutions
Interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills for interacting with and influencing researchers and cross-functional stakeholders with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences.
Experience in managing and maintaining panels.
Familiarity working within the UX Research field and participant recruiting methods.
Must have strong skills in project management and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments based on urgency/needs.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to maintain projects.
Be able to adapt and work in ambiguous situations at times – be a problem solver in these situations.
We need an expert in problem solving and multitasking.
You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you’ll need to have good judgment and be able to find solutions on the fly.
This role requires project management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage and interface with a wide number of people across the organization, and a highly organized approach are mandatory.
Project manager that can pivot and adapt to the needs of our team as they arise, taking on different projects accordingly.

Education:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be on-site at our customer’s Burlingame, CA office once it is determined safe to do so

Please note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines (please inform your employer if you need a medical or religious exemption). Prior to onboarding, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated. Boosters are required to be received by March 28, 2022, or six months after receiving the final dose of the original vaccination series, whichever is later. The expected Return to Office date is July 2022
