Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mounting various types of TVs, ensuring a secure, and aesthetically pleasing installation for our clients. The Technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Currently Hiring Part-Time technicians who will either complete jobs on their own or assist other technicians on larger projects. Work is available on an as needed basis, and may vary from a few hours per week up to 10 hours based on skill level and volume of work. We support flexible work schedules. Responsibilities:

TV Mount Installation:

• Professionally install TV mounts on various wall surfaces, ensuring stability and safety.
• Handle a variety of TV brands and sizes, adapting installation techniques as needed.
• Conceal and manage cables for a neat and organized appearance.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on TV mount options and positioning based on customer needs.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Equipment Expertise:

• Gain an understanding of different TV mounts, brackets, and tools required for installations.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning before installation.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough post-installation checks to ensure the TV is securely mounted and functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during or after installation.

Time Management:

• Efficiently manage time to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
• Provide accurate time estimates for installations and complete tasks within the given timeframe.

Inventory:

• Responsible for Tracking and managing inventory supplies.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Technician or with a similar role.
• Knowledge of TV mounts, brackets, and installation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency and comfort working with various tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• Current and Valid Drivers License
• Ability to consistently lift and carry products weighing 75 pounds individually or 150 pounds as a team, with or without accommodation.
