In this Office Assistant role, you will support the mission to execute large, family friendly events by coordinating volunteers and activities, preparing reports, and handling administrative duties. Responsibilities include:
- General administrative duties (answering phones, copying, filing, faxing, mailings, coordinating meetings)
- Composing letters & creating forms for event mailings
- Overseeing work related to media analysis of events
- Assist with monthly e-newsletter
- Coordinate volunteers and various aspects of events
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and warm demeanor
- Strong proficiency with Mac Desktop & MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
