We also operate more than 20 Last Call by Neiman Marcus off-price stores that cater to a value oriented, yet fashion minded customer.  Our upscale eCommerce and direct-to-consumer division includes NeimanMarcus.com, BergdorfGoodman.com Horchow.com and LastCall.com.  Every day each of our 14,000 NMG associates works towards the goal of enabling our customer to shop any of our brands "anytime, anywhere, and on any device." Whether the merchandise we sell, the customer service we offer, or our investments in technology, everything we do is to enhance the customer experience across all channels and brands. Summary Statement:   The Brand Experience Lead is responsible for supporting all branding and marketing activities at the store level including but not limited to event planning, community engagement, and social media, in order to develop and strengthen the overall Neiman Marcus Brand. Responsibilities & Qualifications    Responsibilities & Duties - Plans seasonal events calendar in collaboration with Brand Experience Manager in Market / Metro - Manages invoices, budgets, and forecasts as needed - Supports development of detailed action plans for events applicable to stores and supports event execution in partnership with Selling Managers, Group Managers, Corporate Special Events, Client Development, and Senior Store Leadership - Manages scheduling internally and externally, planning, execution, production, breakdown, and reporting of events and activations - Supports supervisor in identifying, developing, and managing community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partnerships - Achieves overall store Client Development objectives and selling KPIs in collaboration with Client Development - Generates excitement around the NMG Brand by supporting the creation of inviting and compelling activations and events; balances this with a commercial mindset to help events generate both short- and long-term ROIs with clear selling goals and appropriate Associate follow-up - Creates collateral for invitations, letters, social media assets, and Sales Associate e mails in support of the Client Development Manager and Brand Experience Manager - Builds engaging and compelling social media content for store in partnership with Market / Metro leadership and Brand Experience Manager   - Supports the All Heart program in-store and helps coordinate community service projects for store team in partnership with Human Resources and other store teams as applicable - Manages store’s LYNX email program - Executes on loyalty programs as defined by Corporate and regional leadership

Qualifications:
