IT Coordinator
Worksite Location: Hood River/The Dalles
Work Schedule: Part-time, 20hrs per week, Monday – Thursday: 10am-3pm
Salary Range: $19.13-$21.81 per hour
Reports to: Director of Administration

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is friendly, resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and knows how to prioritize tasks. We are also looking for someone with flexibility in scheduling and capable of splitting time between offices in Hood River and The Dalles.
What you will do…
- Analyze technical problems and solve issues with appropriate IT solutions
- Identify and respond to user needs revolving around computer-based systems
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions to TNDI specifications
- Ensure all functionality of all TNDI hardware
- Catalogue and track TNDI IT assets and systems
- Perform troubleshooting diagnostics to resolve problems
- Maintain records/logs of TNDI asset repairs and detailed maintenance schedules
- Onsite support of hardware/software deployment

- Highly effective communication skills; including written, oral, and presentation
- Detail-oriented organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and research best practices that improve IT systems
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience you need…
- High School Diploma( or equivalent/in progress)
