The Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Assistant partners with classroom teacher, supports the program (assists in preparation of materials, plans schedules, maintains files and records, subs for teacher); interacts with the children, works one-on-one with those needing specialized attention, assisting in physical management and care of students in a collegial environment where relationships come first.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree and classroom experience preferred; devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
