About the RoleAs an Email Developer, you will be responsible for successfully building campaign assets - mainly emails and landing pages - that will activate marketing campaigns to drive client business by coding, building, and testing these communications.
What You'll Do- Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand.
- Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.
- Execute email campaigns with a heavy emphasis on customer segmentation, testing protocol, and technical execution.
- Perform QA.
- Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
- Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.
- Perform coding and database maintenance tasks as required.
- Experience building emails and landing pages in Marketo
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript is a huge plus.
- Preferably with Liquid, jQuery, PHP, and Google Analytics experience, but not required.
- Knowledgeable of email compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology.
- Experience with testing and QA
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience working closely with QA, designers, writers and project managers
- Curiosity, tenacity, and flexibility in challenging situations
- Willingness to test and learn
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ask for help when needed

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Salary : $45,000 - $90,000
