Job Title: Field Assessor Department: EHE | Crane Center for Early Childhood Field Assessors conduct research activities for a federally-funded research study involving multiple school districts, classrooms, and children. Those selected for these openings will assist the principal investigator and lead research staff in the long-term and day-to-day progress towards project deliverables. Research Assistants will spend the majority of their time engaged in data collection activities including data collection, data uploading, and organization of data. Primary responsibilities include recruitment and consent activities, administration of child assessments and teacher interviews, and conducting classroom observations and follow-up assessments as needed. They will facilitate data entry and are responsible for verifying completeness and accuracy of assessment logs. They are required to travel to schools in the assigned project area on a regular basis.
