Executive Assistant + Marketing - Internship

Looking to hire and train an unpaid executive assistant intern who can be trained and grow into a $100K assistant/marketing role within the next 6-12 months.

I am blunt, kind, and relentlessly driven CEO, and need someone who can keep up. I train executives and top tier California real estate agents and am looking to train someone to be a heavily-compensated future executive within our organization based largely on the abilities to create content, manage online ad portals and create effective re-targeting campaigns.

This role will work with me directly as an assistant while receiving hands-on training in Real Estate, marketing and business systems used by over a dozen fortune 100 companies. Should this person prove to be a fit, we have a role for them to manage a 7 figure budget implementing re-targeting strategies and overseeing a national marketing team.

• Attend, capture and market team events, client meetings, agent training, open houses, galas, beach days, team nights, community service, and other affiliated events
• Develop and implement individual brands
• Create, Edit, Transcribe and post video content for ads, blogs and social media
• Ability to learn and implement google Analytics
• Create and implement online ads and re-targeting
• Occasionally drive and assist with admin tasks

• Must be available in-person weekday business hours Tuesday and Friday evenings
