What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist ( Evenings) position at The Orchards at Roseville?
What you would be doing:
As the receptionist you will create a warm and welcome impression as you greet, answer questions and provide information to residents, their family members, employees, visiting health care professionals and other visitors in person and by telephone. You will play a key role in supporting business office functions, resident admission and referral activities and other center departments.
What your work schedule would be:
This is a part-time position- Monday through Friday position from 4p-8p & Every other Saturday
The successful candidate:

has a high school diploma or equivalent.

preferably has one-year experience in a high traffic receptionist or customer service-oriented position.

has a welcoming, pleasant attitude and a neat and professional appearance.

is comfortable using standard office equipment including personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.), multi-functional devices for copying, scanning, faxing etc.

Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
