About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated person who can work from home. The role is initially for a software implementation, training, and client relationships. The successful candidate will need to be able to assist with onboarding new clients as well as doing online meetings with clients to discuss requirements. The roles does involve client interaction so good communication is a must.
The software connects the trading partners with the vendors internal systems (normally an accounting system). This then enables the application to processes orders from the trading partner to the supplier, then returns advanced shipping notices and invoices from the vendor back to the trading partner. The application also has a pick/pack module which allows vendors to pack the goods into cartons or pallets and 3PL modules connection to remote warehouses.
