```Duties```
- Assist the general manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative menu items
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- P&L Responsiblity
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to operate a $5MM establishment
- Extensive knowledge of food, spirits, wine and beer perferred
- Proven history of P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management techniques and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Culinary background or training is helpful
