General Summary:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of branch and teller operations within the branch ensuring the daily activities of the tellers are performed in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner. Order and conduct cash management duties. Review and check the work of other Tellers and assist in the resolution of Teller issues. Answer clients' questions regarding Park Bank services and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively cross-sell Park Bank products and services and coaches other tellers towards service, sales, and operational excellence.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coaches and develops Tellers in all aspects of their responsibilities to include transaction processing, account maintenance, client servicing, and referrals of bank products and services.
- Functions as branch trainer for new employees in Navigator, Integrated Teller, SCO procedures, and PB Net. Trains new employees in proper procedures and handles difficult operational questions from other Tellers.
- Coordinate/oversee the daily branch teller operations activities including work assignments, helping with complex transactions and sensitive client issues, provides authorization for required transactions, office opening and closing, ensures security and compliance policies are communicated and followed.
- Works closely with Retail Support to ensure procedural and/or system changes are implemented in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Performs all branch self-checks and/or audits to ensure the branch is operationally sound and secure.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience required
