We are looking for a compassionate and creative clinical therapist who is confident in their therapeutic skills and has a willingness to continue growing personally and professionally. The candidate should be able to provide individual psychotherapy using EMDR and other evidence-based interventions to a diverse population. Experience or training in trauma-informed care is required. EMDR training or certification is preferred, however, having a willingness to be trained in EMDR is desirable.

The Peaceful Place is a growing private practice based in Tysons, Virginia that specializes in providing transparent, contemporary therapy. We center our focus on emotional and psychological healing and the well-being of our community. We are looking for clinicians that are aligned with our core values. Our clientele are mostly adults, but we prefer a clinician who is open to working with clients aged 12 and older.

The position is for a full-time clinician who is available to work 20 hours. The position is a mix of in-person and virtual. We are looking for either a fully licensed and pre-licensed (resident) Virginia clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D). Having additional licenses in Maryland and/or Washington D.C. is a plus but not a requirement. Previous therapy experience is preferable.

We offer competitive rates starting at a rate of $55-$65/hr for licensed clinicians and $50/hr for Residents. Assistance with client referrals and free case consultations with experienced clinicians are available. We handle the billing and marketing aspects of the practice so you can focus on your clients.
