Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic providing a wide range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Sports Performance in 4 locations in and around Nashville, TN.
Compensation:
$70k - $75K, depending on experience and negotiable.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
- We welcome new grads.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
- Current Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.
- We use WebPT.
We service patients of all ages in our 2500 sq ft facility with standard equipment, Class IV laser, 3D motion analysis and more.
We are looking for a full time permanent Physical Therapist to help service our increased demands.
Your responsibilities will include (not a complete list):
- Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
