Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining organized warehouse systems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Use inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders by verifying product quantities and quality before shipping.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to prioritize and fulfill orders according to customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including storage areas, aisles, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide support during peak periods, special projects, or other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software systems; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
