Job Title: Director, TCG Design
Job Summary: The TCG Design Director is responsible for the design of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) localized products and packaging for markets and languages outside of Asia. This position leads and develops design teams responsible for creating Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards, packaging, marketing assets, and more primarily for print production purposes. The TCG Design Director will collaborate with the team to design high quality products, while executing them efficiently and on-time.

What you’ll do
- Manages teams of TCG graphic and production designers.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Oversees the preparation and file delivery of TCG cards, packaging, marketing assets, and more for multiple languages
- Work with teams to document and implement new systems or processes with lens toward continuous improvement
- Partners with product development, production, marketing, and other departments to design high quality products & experiences for various TCG customer segments.
- Ensures accurate representation of brand values, brand guidelines, and legal requirements
What you’ll bring
- Twelve (12 ) years of relevant professional experience, plus five (5) years of management experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Expertise in creative management, print production, and print techniques.
- Functional proficiency in graphic and production design.
- Comfortable with project management administration.
- Proficient use of graphic design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Pokémon, gaming, or entertainment products is a plus.
