Our Client, a wealth management and financial planning firm in Greater Boston is looking to onboard a recruiter/talent acquisition professional. The candidate should be up for a challenge and want to be part of building a culture. Recruiting, sales or financial services experience is preferred. The candidate should also have close ties and involvement with the area.
Our client runs the local firm for a Fortune 500 financial services company.
The role comes with a base salary plus bonus structure based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential financial advisors who will be running their own business
- Stay connected to your candidates to support them in their career transition through the interview and on-boarding process
- Work closely with leadership team to ensure there is a mutual fit between candidate and the firm
- Network and build relationships both in the firm, in the community and by your own creative means to identify top talent
- Accurately maintain candidate files, reports and the database
- Be the gate keeper to the culture
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Former College Athlete is a plus
