Position Overview
Candidates will provide direct management for the site. Duties include supervision of personnel, staffing, implementation of new and continued existing policies and procedures, adherence to TJC, HIPAA, PCMH, performance improvement, and compliance policies. Assist staff with all areas of office; assist with training of existing staff and new staff.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Beaver Falls Health Center Primary Care: 1302 7th Ave., Beaver Falls, PA 15010
The office hours for this position are:
Monday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30am- 5:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Education/Experience Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (strongly preferred) with at least two years clinical experience or graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant with two years' experience in direct patient care.
- Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in medical, previous FQHC and experience with electronic medical records a plus (preferred)
- Previous management experience in medical (preferred)
Additional Job Qualifications/Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Network’s policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to operate computer, Microsoft Office, and fax
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
