Responsibilities:
In this exciting opportunity, the Ecommerce Manager, will be the key driver in establishing e-commerce strategy and works closely with the Sales Manager and IT teams to develop, manage, and support sales activities for all of Progressive Groups 8 locations Nationwide.
- Responsible for continuing implementation of the organizations ecommerce business strategy.
- Oversees implementation of marketing plans and campaigns meant to promote online product and services
- Supports the development of e-commerce marketing initiatives including, but limited to sales, advertising, pricing, promotions, overall online presence, and customer support strategies
- Track data on performance goals
- Work closely with the Sales and IT teams to ensure sites are readily accessible and easy to navigate
- Develop tailored strategies specific to the needs of each market
- Recommend enhancements to program to sustain and grow online presence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in Product Management or Ecommerce
- 1 years using Magento Software for Eccomerce
- Demonstrable track record of sales enhancing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL preferred.
- Persuasive written and verbal communicator.
- Organized and analytical, with relentless attention to detail.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
- High motivation with ability to work independently to achieve sales goals
- Must be well organized and driven to achieve success
- Ability to complete sales related projects and tasks from beginning to end and see that they get accomplished in a timely manner
