Our servers are dedicated members of the Service Team who deliver excellence and hospitality, with intention and integrity. Servers oversee every aspect of the guest experience. They demonstrate our values and follow the Steps of Service, knowing their every action is a crucial component of the overall dining experience.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets guests timely and with genuine hospitality.
- Anticipates guests needs and handles every aspect of the guest experience from menu overview to clearing the table.
- Expert on our food and beverage menus and able to guide our guests based on the experience they are seeking.
- Impart information about our dishes and beverages. Respond to questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens/dietary restrictions, to keep guests safely accommodated.
- Expert on the Steps of Service and executes consistently.
- Drive sales for the restaurant and guest check average by guiding guests toward the full experience.
- Contributing to the efficiency and overall flow of the restaurant while maintaining opening, running, and closing side work throughout the shift.
- Engage in pre-shift and other educational opportunities for continuous learning.
- Contributes to teamwork by holding self and teammates accountable to the standards of excellence.
- Demonstrate positive, productive, and encouraging work ethic.
- Assist with answering phones, seating guests, dish help, and other needs of the restaurant..

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3.75 - $26.07 per hour
