Position: Full Time Banquet Server
Reports To: Events Manager/Events Assistant Manager

Primary Responsibilities
Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to our members and their guests. Ensure that members are served in a timely manner in accordance with The Quin service standards and ensuring high member satisfaction and an exceptional dining experience.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
- Provides leadership and instills a culture and work environment based upon respect, providing opportunities for staff to learn, grows and develops their abilities through training of employees, creating a positive, productive working environment
- Receives first consideration when schedules are assessed and created
- Maintains and inspires high standards of service for our Banquet Program
- Understands all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines for The Quin
- Serves alcohol responsibly within State, Local and Store level laws and guidelines
- Adaptability to work multiple events (Dinners, Weddings, Conference, etc.) and multiple shifts
- Participates in the service, and removal of food during banquet functions by offering pre-determined menu selections to each table
- Anticipates member and guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Perform opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist thoroughly and with a sense of urgency
- Have a complete knowledge of standards of service
- Assists other team members as needed, both with and without the direction of management
- Maintains positive and effective communication with team members and managers regarding all relevant information, special considerations and/or concerns pertaining to our members
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and stations/mobile bars
- Re-stocks items and supplies as needed and alerts management of shortages
- Requires the ability to operate and utilize production equipment and tools.
- Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to the management
- Attends all informational meetings and trainings
- Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of services provided
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- Assist in the investigation of member complaints regarding food quality and service
- Ability to assist in other related food and beverage outlets if and when required
- Assume additional tasks assigned to you by your direct supervisor or any manager of The Quin that are reasonable requests
