Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be a supportive force to our CEO and executive team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive team members. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Executive team and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am - 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am - 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment with hybrid remote opportunity available after six months of employment based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the CEO and executive team and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
- Assist the CEO and executive team in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO and executive team; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Keep the CEO and executives advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience in a related field, which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work.
- Three to five years’ prior experience in an administrative role reporting directly to a senior executive or upper management.
- Familiarity with Healthcare Insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong presentation development skills and expertise in presentation applications.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills.
