Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As a Brand Lead, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by partnering with Receiving Leadership, Training, Merchandising, and Authentication teams and serve as Liaison at times between merchandising and inbound teams. What You Get To Do Every Day
- Work as a team to review all rejections within the inbound pipeline while meeting daily and monthly SLA and save goals
- Identify items using fashion and trend knowledge along with TRR brand and condition standards to find covetable items within rejections which have high saleability potential and will bring value to the business
- Clean and process products that can be re-added to our pipeline
- Scan products into proper locations and ensure delivery to designated staging areas
- Maintain neat, organized and clearly signed, labeled & dated work and staging areas
- Research, input designer requests, and updates of brand codes in our system
- Support Receivers daily by answering questions, participating in team huddles, and lending impactful feedback and guidance both 1:1 and in group settings. Go-to brand and condition standard acceptance expert. Stays always current on updates and makes suggestions for additions to CSG
- Maintain continuous, open communication with the Receiving Leadership, Training, Merchandising, and Authentication teams. Serve as Liaison at times between merchandising and inbound teams
- Complete daily/weekly email recaps, Monitor team specific reporting, identify and proactively communicate opportunities to leadership, strategize solutions
- Attend and participate in all required scheduled brand and merchandising meeting
- Support the Receiving team, which may include but is not limited to, processing consignments, saving items, auditing receivers, gathering examples, participating in assessment creation, or other assigned projects or tasks as needed
What You Bring To The Role
MInimum Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and keen awareness of fashion, trends, and brands.
- Must be comfortable and have proficient computer/technology literacy and be a quick learner.
- Strong research skills and understanding of fashion collection information
- Ability to analyze data and provide feedback to peers and leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in high volume, face paced environment
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently and with a sense of urgency
- Professional, can do, team player attitude
- Ability to adjust to the ever changing environment and balance multiple priorities at times
- Comfortable working cross functionally, building rapport and communicating to groups
- 1 years experience in a luxury fashion environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of vintage and archival fashion is highly recommended
The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $23.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
