- Provide high level of personalized service to each consignor
- Educate clients on The RealReal mission and business structure
- Responsible for clearly setting consignor expectations
- Demonstrate active listening and evaluation skills to qualify and nurture consignor relations
- Carefully review and process all items for shipment to ensure they are cataloged and up to our very high-quality standards
- Safely handle and care for all luxury items
- Build brand loyalty by delivering a best in class client experience

- $500/month bonus (at target)

The expected hourly rate for this role is $15.89 - $23.82. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
