The RealReal is seeking out an experienced Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build sourcing solutions across multiple areas including (but not limited to) Technology, Supply Chain, Packaging, Sales Ops, Facilities, Office Supplies, etc. As part of The RealReal’s Strategic Sourcing organization within Accounting, you will be responsible for leading, spend analysis, market intelligence and benchmarking, contract negotiations, reporting, and supplier relationship management.
What You Get To Do Every Day
Stakeholder/Business Partner Relationship Management
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across The RealReal to identify opportunities to drive cost savings & efficiencies.
- Drive proactive engagement with Business Partners to understand priorities and build project pipelines.
Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including planning, RFx development and execution, measurement, and optimization
- Drive market intelligence and competitive benchmarking, leverage key cost drivers and total cost of ownership (TCO) to inform strategies
- Develop & lead negotiation strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Partner with legal to review and negotiate contracts.
Category Management
- Develop spend reports and conduct analysis to find opportunities.
- Partner with Category Leads to help build category strategies
What You Bring To The Role
MInimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience working independently in negotiating agreements
- Ability to build strong relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:
- BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Operations, or Management
- ISM CPSM, or equivalent

The expected salary range for this role is $77,878 - $93,687. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
