What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Enablement position at The RealReal?
The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Enablement utilizes project and program management to facilitate certain processes related to logistics, production, and supply generation. You will proactively ascertain operational risk, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance efficiency. This role’s key responsibility is to be a bridge between business partners and Product and Engineering, acting as subject matter expert to ensure the right size process and/or tool is solutioned, expeditiously. In this role you will manage a small team dedicated to utilizing and building 3rd party tools to augment or serve as interim mechanisms of large scale initiatives

- Manage communication between cross-functional departments to help facilitate technology solutions that provide the most effective operational output
- Accountable for ensuring the appropriate execution of all phases of supported projects, including discovery, solution building, training, implementation, and upkeep
- Manage and develop a team to efficiently create, maintain, and iterate on tools used to support stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to remain abreast of Roadmap and resource allocations
- Work closely with Insights teams to quantify risk, opportunity, and success of self-implemented solutions
- Partner with Business Operations departments to stay informed of large scale strategies that impact or influence your projects
What you being to the Role
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Keen sense of how decisions impact other areas of the business
- Ability to communicate and quickly learn about new technologies
- Entrepreneurial and can think outside the box
- Adept in basic coding languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Zendesk, Looker, Salesforce, and Zapier is a plus.
