What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:

• Using your attention to detail, follow up and prioritization skills to process purchase orders, send invoices and quotes for renewals, execute re-activations, upgrades/downgrades and cancellations, in our fast-paced, ever-changing, highly collaborative environment.
• Using your outstanding people and communication skills to collect payments from customers (once you’re fully onboarded), and to answer customer inquiries that come in via phone and email as your capacity allows.
• Proactively investigating and solving issues that arise with collections, points of contact, systems, etc.
• Leveraging your love of technology, systems and processes, and efficiency to help us continuously improve our processes and our KPIs.

Requirements

• Ability to spend one week per quarter in our Denver metro office.
• Reside in CO, TX, NM, OK, or FL
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

The base salary for this position can range anywhere between $45-57K, depending on experience, skills, certification, education, and knowledge, in addition to the benefits listed above
