In this role, you will be the initial liaison and focal point with Murdi Paaki Services, preparing reports for the RAHLA governance group to illustrate program progression. You will conduct the initial recruitment for maintenance resources required for critical upgrades and lead a team responsible for designing, developing, managing, and reporting on project management strategies and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with Murdi Paaki Services.
- Prepare and report to the RAHLA governance group on program progression.
- Conduct initial recruitment for maintenance resources needed for critical upgrades.
- Lead a team in designing, developing, managing, and reporting on project management strategies and deliverables.
- Implement and oversee coordination of project implementation to achieve effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
- Utilize best practices in project management methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.
- Manage the review of the business unit’s project deliverables to ensure cost-effective services and future readiness.
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for stakeholders, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers.
- Provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reports to the business unit leader, Director - Property, and/or the Chief Executive to inform decision-making.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective program development, planning, service design, issue identification, and policy implementation.
- Lead and drive team management, work planning, coaching, and professional development initiatives to align resources and deliver priorities.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing project management strategies, emphasizing best practices and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively manage and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication and successful project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing diverse teams, including work planning, coaching, and professional development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing comprehensive reports, status updates, budgets, and discussion papers for key stakeholders.
