What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at The Red Board LLC?
Duties included:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Skills desired:
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safe alcohol service practices
- Familiarity with brewing techniques, beer styles, and cocktail recipes
