We are recruiting for a Site Operations Manager one of our industrial clients in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley near Harrisonburg Virginia.
Our client is an established industrial mining business with several locations in the Mid Atlantic Region.
This is a heavy production site with experienced supervisors and a skilled workforce. They value safety first and have strong relations within the community. Community involvement is highly crucial to the success of their business and their team building work culture.

Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related Engineering field
- 5 years of experience in mining, aggregate, quarry or similar industrial production
- Must have supervisory experience
- Experience managing capital and operating budgets
