GROWTH POSITION - SEEKING EXPERIENCED RECRUITER - DIRECT HIRE!
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at their Portland, TN location.
Essential Job Duties :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and identify process improvements.
- Source candidates through online channels and attend recruiting events.
- Develop a candidate pipeline and assess applications using our tracking system.
- Plan and conduct interviews, manage onboarding / offboarding, and enhance employer brand initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and develop recruitment procedures.
Minimum Requirements :
- bachelor's degree in HR or related field OR four years of relevant experience.
- Four years of proven recruitment, hiring, and onboarding experience.
- Experience in high-volume national recruitment and acquisition environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel (10%).
- Note : Role located in Portland, TN. Relocation and remote work are not options.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits :
- Office located in Portland, TN
- Remote / Hybrid work model for TN residents only.
- Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay starts at $75k and depends on experience.
