What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A OTR Driver Mentor position at The Rock Group?
Are you someone that likes to train and mentor other drivers? If so, we'd like you to join our team! We are a leading dry van carrier in the transportation industry, and we're currently looking for a Class A OTR Driver Mentor to help train and mentor our CDL graduates. This opportunity is both professionally and financially rewarding. You will play an integral role in helping new drivers transition from CDL school to the open road safely and effectively, all while earning up to $25,000 extra per year!
You'll earn..
- Base CPM, plus additional CPM when student is on the truck
- Weekly Productivity Bonus
- Up to $1300 in additional bonuses for every student you train
- Safety & Fuel Bonuses
- Once 6 students have been trained, receive .01cpm for all miles your students drives for their first year as a Company Driver
- OTR - home every 2-3 weeks
- Dry Van - 100% No Touch Freight

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of tractor trailer experience required
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
