- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Assist with food production, ensuring quality and consistency
- Enforce food safety standards and regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support team members in various tasks related to the kitchen and hospitality industry
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
