The Bailing Associate is responsible for the clearing of debris from our docks and receiving and shipping work areas in a timely and effective manner to ensure a safe and clean work environment for our Distribution Center employees.
Essential Responsibilities
- Watching the loading docks and all work areas in order to locate debris or trash that requires removal.
- Safely operating a forklift or other mechanized equipment.
- Removing all debris from loading docks and work areas in the DC.
- Appropriately disposing of cardboard, plastic and all recyclable materials in correct compactors.
- Maintaining a DC floor free of all disposable material.
- Assist with Customer Pick Up
Requirements
Must be able to constantly walk the floor of the DC in order to consistently address bailing requirements.
