Responsibilities:

• Pulling or putting away merchandise by utilizing the R.F. system.

• The Highlift Associate is responsible for scanning merchandise correctly into the system.

• On a daily basis, the Lift Driver inspects and reports any problems that may need to be addressed on the lift equipment.

• Putting away or picking merchandise as assigned, including repicking of NILS, Damages and Specials.

• Working as part of a team, assisting in other areas as assigned such as Customer Pick Up as necessary.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly Distribution Center.

Job Requirements:

• Must be proficient in operating lift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Knowledgeable of and ability to perform basic maintenance and upkeep of lift equipment.
• Must be able to see, hear, stand, walk lift and carry (i.e., merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. about 50% of the time and over 60 lbs. about 50% of the time).
• Must be able to work in an organized manner and perform scanning functions accurately.
• Must be familiar with Distribution Center procedures.
• Must be able to balance, work safely and efficiently at heights (up to 40lbs)
• Must be able to safely and efficiently drive a tugger, pallet jack or lift.
• Must be able to exercise caution and strictly adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Must have hand/eye coordination and must be accurate.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with their team and management.

• Romeoville, IL 60446: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cherry picker: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
