Administrative Assistant
The Rose Group is looking to hire a full-time and/or part-time administrative assistant.
This position is vital to our day-to-day operation. We're seeking a self starting, organized individual to partner with our team.
Essential Duties:
- Contract to Closing Management
- Database Maintenance
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, information management, and back-office support.
- Keep the Team Leader informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
- Social Media Marketing
- Accountability
- Client Event Organization
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Self motivated and independent
- Bookkeeping skills
- Real estate license preferred
- Excellent follow-up skills
- MUST BE ORGANIZED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
