Summary of Position:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing and public relations plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get create awareness and drive qualified traffic
- Execute marketing plans in traditional and digital marketing, media relations, community relations, donor relations, retail process, social media, and event coordination
- Maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Produce engaging content for a website, email campaigns, and social media
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Oversee and record budget for all marketing-related activities
- Support execution/roll-out/communication of recently updated brand identity campaign
- Prepare updates and reports for the Executive Team at regular intervals throughout the year.
- Train new Community Ambassadors on best practices, standard processes, and the Ruby culture/brand.
- Attend and support staff and management meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of marketing, communication, and public relations experience
- Relevant marketing experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Be able to work weekend events sporadically throughout the year
