Established contractor is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for a construction project in Haskell, TX.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will work under supervision of the onsite Construction Management Staff and will assist management with all daily office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience with timesheets, ordering supplies, document tracking, etc
- High energy level and enthusiasm;
- Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written;
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office based programs;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in office administration/executive assistance (construction experience preferred)
